SF_REQ_GET_CONNID

In earlier versions of IIS, this support function could be used to retrieve the connection ID of an ISAPI extension, which is contained in the extension's EXTENSION_CONTROL_BLOCK Structure. This value was used to coordinate shared data between ISAPI extensions and filters.

Note

This support function is no longer supported in IIS versions 4.0 and later.

Parameters

  • pfc
    Points to the HTTP_FILTER_CONTEXT Structure that is associated with the current, active HTTP transaction.

  • sfServerSupportFunction
    The name of the Server Support function, which in this case must be set to SF_REQ_GET_CONNID.

  • pData
    Points to a DWORD that will receive the connID member of the ISAPI extension's EXTENSION_CONTROL_BLOCK structure.

  • ul1
    Unused in this support function.

  • ul2
    Unused in this support function.

Requirements

Client: Requires Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000 Professional, or Windows NT Workstation 4.0.

Server: Requires Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000 Server, or Windows NT Server 4.0.
