IWpfListenerChannelCallback::ReportMessageReceived Method

 

Notifies the worker process framework that a listener channel has received a message.

Syntax

virtual HRESULT ReportMessageReceived(  
   VOID  
) = 0;  

Parameters

This method takes no parameters.

Return Value

An HRESULT. Possible values include, but are not limited to, those in the following table.

Value Description
S_OK Indicates that the operation was successful.

Remarks

You can use the information from the ReportMessageReceived method, for example, to enable a worker process to calculate the total number of requests received when recycling is enabled for an application pool.
