Physical Unit Selector

You can use the Physical Unit Selector for selecting the right physical view and the right Physical Provider for a view request. The view request is associated to three elements:

1. The logical view name
2. The WorkUnit name requesting the display of this view
3. The target container to display the view.

The Physical Unit selector receives the information, and selects the correct physical view from the list of available views. The Physical Unit selector also passes information about the right Physical Provider to the engine.
