View an object or resource in source code (Windows Store apps)

You can easily locate the source code for a selected object or resource in Blend for Visual Studio 2012.by using the View Source command.

To view an object in source code

  • On the artboard or in the Objects and Timeline panel in Blend, right-click the object for which you want to view the source code, and then click View Source.

To view a resource (XAML only)

  • In the Resources panel, right-click the resource for which you want to view the source code, and then click View Source.
