Copy and paste a drawing

When you copy a drawing and then paste the copy onto the same map, the copied drawing is placed directly on top of the original drawing. This is because the original location associated with the drawing is also copied.

  1. Create a drawing.

    How?

  2. Select the drawing by clicking its border.

  3. On the Edit menu, click Copy.

  4. On the Edit menu, click Paste.

Note   If you are zoomed out at a high level, the map automatically zooms in on the drawings.

  5. Move the pasted drawing to where you want it to appear on the map.

    How?
