Find a pushpin

  1. On the Tools menu, click Find, and then click the Place / Data tab.

  2. In the place name box, type the name of the pushpin you want to locate.

    The name is whatever text appears in the first line of the pushpin balloon.

  3. Click Find.

  4. From the list of choices that appear in the Find dialog box, select the name of the pushpin you're looking for.

  5. Click OK.

Tip   You can also find a pushpin by using the Find box on the Advanced toolbar:

Type the pushpin name, and then click the Find icon. If an exact match is found, it appears centered on the map. Otherwise, the Find dialog box opens with a list of possible matches.
