Change territory colors

  1. Open the Territory Manager if it is not already open.

    How?

  2. In the Territory Manager, click Change Colors Gg674724.BIZChangeColorButton(en-us,MSDN.10).gif.

  3. In the territory list, select the territory you want to change.

  4. Click the color you want for the territory.

    This color is automatically applied to the territory on the map.

  5. Click the Close button when you are done modifying territory colors.

Tip   You may want to change colors to better distinguish between territories that are next to each other on the map.

Notes

  • You can also change the territory color in the Legend and overview pane by right-clicking on a territory, and clicking Territory Colors from the context menu. This is the only way to change the territory color for territories created with linked data if you want to retain your link to the source file.
