How to: Add Hyperlinks to Work Items
You can add hyperlinks to work items on the Links tab on any work item. For example, if you wanted to point to one of the documents on your team project SharePoint site, you could add the URL to the document as a hyperlink.
Note
This topic is based on the work item fields available in the bug work item for MSF for Agile Software Development. If your project is using a different methodology, your work item fields might be different. MSF for Agile Software Development is one of the process guidance templates that are included with Team Foundation. For more information, see Finding and Using Process Guidance.
Required Permissions
To perform these procedures, you must be a member of the Contributors group or have the View work items in this node, and Edit work items in this node permissions set to Allow. For more information, see Team Foundation Server Permissions.
