Managing Work Items in Team Explorer
The Work Items node in Team Explorer provides a tree view of the various work item queries for your team project. Double-clicking the individual work item query opens the query for you to work on. Right-clicking the Work Items node displays a series of commands to add or go to a work item, add a query, or add work items using Microsoft Project or Microsoft Excel.
