TARGET Attribute | target Property

Sets or retrieves the name of a window or frame that is the target for navigation.
Syntax
XML <ELEMENT TARGET = sTarget... > Scripting [ sTarget = ] anchorClick.target
Possible Values
sTarget String that specifies or receives one or more of the following values.
- sName
- Name of the frame or window.
_self
- Linked document loads into the same window as the link.
_top
- Linked document loads into the topmost window.
The property is read/write. The property has no default value.
Remarks
This property is case-sensitive.
The TARGET attribute is exposed to objects participating in the anchorClick behavior.
Example
This example uses the TARGET attribute and the anchorClick behavior to specify the name of a window or frame.
