IMessengerApp::LaunchLogonUI Method

Deprecated. Launches the Messenger client Sign In dialog box and populates the sign-in name field.

Note  The IMessengerApp::LaunchLogonUI enumerated type is available for use in Microsoft Windows Messenger 4.7. It might be altered or unavailable in subsequent versions of Windows Messenger. You should use IMessenger::Signin instead.

Syntax

HRESULT LaunchLogonUI(VOID);

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or an error value otherwise.

Remarks

Important  IMessengerApp::LaunchLogonUI is no longer available in Windows Vista. See Windows Messenger for more information.
