INmFt::IsIncoming
Use the IsIncoming method to determine whether the current File object is being transferred to the local computer.

Return Values
NetMeeting client applications can use the SUCCEEDED and FAILED macros in winerror.h to check return values.
Return values can include remote procedure call (RPC) layer errors or any of the following values:
- S_OK
The file is being transferred to the local computer. Use INmFt::GetMember to determine who sent the file. - S_FALSE
The file is being transferred from the local computer. Use INmFt::GetMember to determine the destination. Note that INmFt::GetMember may return a NULL value if the file was broadcast to everyone.
Requirements
** Windows NT/2000:** Requires Windows NT 4.0 SP3 or later.
** Windows 95/98:** Requires Windows 95 or later. Available as a redistributable for Windows 95.
** Header:** Imsconf2.idl.
