INmSharableApp::GetHwnd

Use the GetHwnd method to retrieve the main window handle to the Sharable Application object.

HRESULT GetHwnd(
  HWND *phwnd);

Parameters

  • phwnd
    [out] Pointer to a window handle.

Return Values

NetMeeting client applications can use the SUCCEEDED and FAILED macros in winerror.h to check return values.

Return values can include RPC layer errors or any of the following values.

  • S_OK
    The handle of the main application window was retrieved successfully.
  • E_POINTER
    phwnd is an invalid pointer.
  • E_FAIL
    The application no longer exists, or internal resources are not available.
  • E_OUTOFMEMORY
    Memory could not be allocated to service the request.

Requirements

**  Windows NT/2000:** Requires Windows NT 4.0 SP3 or later.
**  Windows 95/98:** Requires Windows 95 or later. Available as a redistributable for Windows 95.
**  Header:** Imsconf2.idl.
