The Refresh method updates the list of IWMSOutgoingDistributionConnection objects in the IWMSOutgoingDistributionConnections collection.

This method takes no parameters.
Return Values
This method does not return a value.
Remarks
You can use the Refresh method to update the IWMSOutgoingDistributionConnections collection after a client has been disconnected. For more information, see IWMSOutgoingDistributionConnection.Status.
