Samples Included with the Platform SDK

All of the samples that are available after you download the Windows Media Services SDK are also available in the Platform SDK. However, Microsoft Visual Studio cannot compile the samples unless you register them with Visual Studio. To do this, click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Platform SDK for Windows Server or the equivalent on your computer, point to Visual Studio Registration, and then click Register PSDK Directories with Visual Studio.
