IAMTimelineObj::GetTimelineType

The GetTimelineType method retrieves the object's type.

Syntax

  HRESULT GetTimelineType(
    TIMELINE_MAJOR_TYPE *pVal
);

Parameters

pVal

Pointer to a variable that receives a member of the TIMELINE_MAJOR_TYPE enumerated type, indicating the type of object.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if successful, or E_POINTER otherwise.

Requirements

Header: Include Qedit.h. This header file is not compatible with Microsoft® Direct3D® headers later than version 7.

Library: Use strmiids.lib.
