MSVidWebDVD.CurrentDomain Property

This topic applies to Windows XP Service Pack 1 or later.

The CurrentDomain property retrieves the DVD domain of the MSVidWebDVD object.

Syntax

  VidWebDVD
  .CurrentDomain As Long

Parameters

This property takes no parameters.

Return Values

Returns a Long value from 1 to 5 representing the current domain:

Value Domain
1 First play
2 Video Manager Menu
3 Video Title Set Menu
4 Title
5 Stop

Error Codes

If the property fails, Err.Number may be set to one of the following values.

Value Description
E_UNEXPECTED Unspecified error

Remarks

This property is read-only. Call this method to ensure that you are in a valid domain for the method you are about to call. For example, before calling PlayTitle, check the CurrentDomain property to make sure that you are not in the Stop or First Play domain.
