Microsoft Layer for Unicode on Windows Me/98/95 Systems
The Microsoft Layer for Unicode (MSLU) provides a complete set of Unicode APIs on Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Windows Me), Windows 98, and Windows 95. With this support, Unicode applications can run on Windows Me/98/95, as well as on systems with native Unicode support.
