FORM HTML Element
The FORM element specifies that the contained controls are part of a form. This is a block element and requires a closing tag.

ACTION | URL | Specifies the URL FORM content being sent for processing. |
CLASS | Associates the element with a CSS style.

ENCTYPE | MIME | Always defaults to application/x-www-form-urlencoded, because INPUT TYPE=FILE is not supported. |
ID | Uniquely identifies the element within a document.

METHOD | Get | Specifies how form data is sent to the server, appends arguments to the action URL, and opens it like an anchor. If the ACTION attribute contains a question mark and a query string, Pocket Internet Explorer sends the action URL (including its question mark and query string) along with the arguments. |
METHOD | Post | Sends data through an HTTP Post transaction. |
NAME | String | Specifies the FORM name so that script can refer to it. |
ONRESET | An event that occurs when a form is reset.

STYLE | Provides the definition of the CSS styles used for this element.

TARGET | _parent | Causes the immediate parent of the frame to navigate to the HREF. |
