Expandable Edit Controls

An expandable edit control is designed specifically for Windows Mobile-based Smartphones. The control is expanded to full screen when the user presses the ENTER hardware button. The following illustration provides an example of an expandable edit control.

Include the expandable edit control in an application to conserve space in the user interface. Use this control in place of tabs, which are not available for Smartphones.
