Sets or retrieves the tempo.

Element Description
Track type Tempo.
Purpose Set or retrieve the tempo.
Data type (*pParam) DMUS_TEMPO_PARAM. For SetParam, the mtTime member of the structure is ignored. For GetParam, the mtTime member receives the offset of the tempo change from the requested time and is always 0 or less.
mtTime The time, in track time, at which to set the tempo, or the time at or directly after the tempo change to retrieve.
