IDirectMusicPerformance::GetTime

This method retrieves the current time of the performance.

HRESULT GetTime(
  REFERENCE_TIME* prtNow,
  MUSIC_TIME* pmtNow
);

Parameters

  • prtNow
    Address of a variable to receive the current time in REFERENCE_TIME format. Can be NULL.
  • pmtNow
    Address of a variable to receive the current time in MUSIC_TIME format. Can be NULL.

Return Values

If the method succeeds, the return value is S_OK.

If it fails, the method can return one of the following error values:

DMUS_E_NO_MASTER_CLOCK
E_POINTER
