UnsafeNativeMethods.Plane.DotNormal(Plane,Vector3) Method (Microsoft.DirectX)
Computes the dot product of a plane and a 3-D vector. The w parameter of the vector is assumed to be 0.
Note: For programming in Microsoft Visual Basic .NET or Microsoft JScript .NET, use the equivalent method in the Microsoft.DirectX structures.

Parameters
pPlane Microsoft.DirectX.Plane
pV Microsoft.DirectX.Vector3
Return Value
System.Single
A Single value that represents the dot product of the plane and the 3-D vector.
Remarks
Given a plane (a, b, c, d) and a 3-D vector (x, y, z), this method's return value is a*x + b*y + c*z + d*0. The DotNormal method is useful for calculating the angle between the normal of the plane and another normal.
