IPMRemoteDevice::Transport

This method retrieves or sets the transport for the remote device object.

To retrieve the transport of the remote device object use the following syntax.

HRESULT Transport(
  BSTR* pbstrTransportId 
);

To set the transport of the remote device object use the following syntax.

HRESULT Transport(
  BSTR bstrTransportId 
);

Parameters

  • pbstrTransportId
    [out] Pointer to the transport of the remote device object.
  • bstrTransportId
    [in] GUID of the transport object.

Return Values

Returns S_OK if the call was successfully completed. If a failure occurs, the appropriate HRESULT value is returned.

Requirements

OS Versions: Windows CE .NET 4.0 and later.
Header: Device.h, Cemgr.idl.
