Controlling access to WebMenu items
The following table describes the users that can be set up for WebMenu items via the WebAccess property on the property sheet:

Site admin |
The administrator of the WebApp/site. This is especially useful if remote administration is needed. |
Intranet admin |
In-house user connected to the internal network, with special administrative privileges. |
Intranet user |
In-house user connected to the internal network (may be verified through Windows NT/2000 login). Will typically be a user that could also have access to the Windows version of Microsoft Axapta with own login and password, and associated access rights. |
Extranet admin |
Extranet user with administrative privilege. May be allowed to create extranet users for his account/company, change settings and have extended system access. |
Extranet user |
Registered user that is known to the system, and has limited access to the system. Access to Microsoft Axapta will typically not have a login to the Windows system, but can query and update information through the internet. |
Internet admin |
Internet user with extended rights, but typically still with no real access to Microsoft Axapta. |
Internet user |
An Internet user is a user that is not registered in Microsoft Axapta, but might be recognized in other ways by the system as a returning user. This will allow personalization etc. Typically with no real access to the Microsoft Axapta system. |
Guest |
A user that has signalled that he is a guest to the WebApp/site. Typically no information will be saved, and no personalization is possible etc. |

Any and all other Internet users. |
