DVD Windows Media Player Control Samples

The following samples demonstrate DVD-Video playback through the Windows Media Player control. They are available in the Samples directory that was installed with the SDK.

Important To view these samples, your system must be capable of DVD-Video playback and have the Microsoft DirectShow drivers installed.

Sample	Description
Simple DVD-Enabled Web Page	This sample features DVD-Video playback through an embedded Windows Media Player control, using DVD playback methods and a simple user interface (UI).
Advanced DVD User-Interface Design	This sample features DVD-Video playback through an embedded Windows Media Player control. A customized graphical user interface (GUI) is linked to scripting functions that control the DVD playback.
DVD Overlay	This sample demonstrates the potential of integrating 3-D content with DVD playback using a scripting language and the framework provided by Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, the Microsoft Windows Media Player control, and Microsoft DirectAnimation™.
