MSFT_SIPMCUFactorySetting

Defines a Media Control Unit (MCU) factory to manage MCUs.

The properties in the MSFT_SIPMCUFactorySetting class do not map directly to the Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Administration Tool. However, some of these property values can be viewed using the Active Directory Sites and Services snap-in. To view values for the MSFT_SIPMCUFactorySetting class open Active Directory Sites and Services, expand Services, expand RTC Service, and then click MCU Factories. Right-click one of the entries and then click Properties. In the Properties dialog box, click the Attribute Editor tab.

Properties

The MSFT_SIPMCUFactorySetting class has the following properties.

    Data type: string

    Access type: Read-only

    Required. Indicates the URL of the factory with which the Focus server communicates.

    The FactoryURL property maps to the msRTCSIP-MCUFactoryData attribute in the Properties dialog box.

  • InstanceID
    Data type: [key] string

    Access type: Read-only

    Required. A GUID value that uniquely identifies an instance of this class.

    The GUID must be encapsulated between the "{" and "}" braces; for example: "{01234567-0123-4567-89AB-CDEF01234567}".

    The InstanceID property maps to the cn attribute in the Properties dialog box.

  • MajorVersion
    Data type: uint32

    Access type: Read-only

    Required. The major Office Communications Server version number.

    Required. The distinguished name of the MCU factory.

    The MCUFactoryDN property maps to the distinguishedName attribute in the Properties dialog box.

  • MCUFactoryProviderID
    Data type: string

    Access type: Read-only

    Required. Indicates the GUID of the MCU factory provider.

    The MCUFactoryProviderID property maps to the msRTCSIP-MCUFactoryProviderID attribute in the Properties dialog box.

  • MCUList
    Data type: string[]

    Access type: Read-only

    Optional. An array of the distinguished names of the MCU objects that this factory manages.

    The MCUList property does not map to the Properties dialog box.

  • MinorVersion
    Data type: uint32

    Access type: Read-only

    Required. The minor Office Communications Server version number.

    Required. Indicates the type of the MCU factory.

    Indicates, for example, whether the factory is a data MCU factory or an audio-video MCU factory.

    The Type property maps to the msRTCSIP-MCUType attribute in the Properties dialog box.

  • Vendor
    Data type: string

    Access type: Read-only

    Required. Specifies the name of the MCU vendor.

    The Vendor property maps to the msRTCSIP-MCUVendor attribute in the Properties dialog box.

Remarks

This class gets and sets information at the following level: Active Directory.
