Appends text to the PromptBuilder object and specifies a volume for the text to be spoken.

Parameters

  • textToSpeak
    A string containing the text to be spoken.

  • volume
    The value for the speed for the text, with the following increasing values:

    • NotSet

    • Silent

    • ExtraSoft

    • Soft

    • Medium

    • Loud

    • ExtraLoud

Thread Safety

All public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
