How to: Export Prompt Text

To easily share prompts with other developers and with sound studios, use Speech Prompt Editor to export transcriptions.

Exporting to a Text File

To export transcriptions to a text file

  1. Open a prompt database.

    For more information, see How to: Open a Prompt Database.

  2. Select the prompts to include for export.

  3. On the Prompt menu, click Create Recording Script.

  4. In the Recording Script File dialog box, specify the file name and location, and then click Save.
