How to: Select Commands While Debugging

Use the Commands box on the User Input tab to select commands when debugging a voice response application.

Select Commands

To select commands

  1. Start a debugging session.

    For more information, see How to: Start a Debugging Session.

  2. On the User Input tab, select Commands.

  3. In the Commands box, enter or select a command, and then select or enter a recognition confidence value.

    The list is prepopulated when the command is referencing a Conversational Grammar Builder grammar.

  4. Click Submit.

During usability testing, the author can use commands to override the input that the usability subject provides to the application.
