This content is no longer actively maintained. It is provided as is, for anyone who may still be using these technologies, with no warranties or claims of accuracy with regard to the most recent product version or service release.

Customize the display of data in Speech Prompt Editor by selecting which columns to display and sorting rows by the values in a particular column.

Selecting Columns

To select columns for display

  • In the Recording and Extraction panes, right-click a column heading to display a list of columns, and then select the check boxes next to the column names to display them.

Sorting Rows

To sort rows

  1. In the Recording and Extraction panes, click a column heading to sort rows by the contents of the column.

  2. Click the column heading again to toggle between ascending and descending sort orders.

  3. Click the column heading a third time to return to the original sort order.

For both the Recording and Extraction panes, the values of the selected row also appear in the Properties window. This feature enables the user to select one row and then drag the scroll box to view other rows while still displaying values from the original row in the Properties window. Because the column values are still visible in the Properties window, a user can choose to scroll away and still see the column data.
