lcid zeroOrAsterisk  Specifies the Locale ID for the language in which the specified friendly name should be exposed. You can specify zero (0) or an asterisk (*) to indicate all languages or a specific Locale ID for a particular language. You cannot have two alias elements in the same manifest that have the same lcid attribute value.
