Represents an action that assigns categories to a message.

	ActionType	Returns a constant, olRuleActionAssignToCategory, from the OlRuleActionType enumeration that indicates the type of action that is taken by the rule. Read-only.
	Application	Returns an Application object that represents the parent Outlook application for the object. Read-only.
