Chart.DisplayBlanksAs Property (PowerPoint)

Returns or sets the way that blank cells are plotted on a chart. Can be one of the XlDisplayBlanksAs constants. Read/write Long.

expression A variable that represents a Chart object.

Although the following code applies to Microsoft Word, you can readily modify it to apply to PowerPoint.

The following example sets Microsoft Word to not plot blank cells for the first chart in the active document.

With ActiveDocument.InlineShapes(1)

    If .HasChart Then

        .Chart.DisplayBlanksAs = xlNotPlotted

    End If
