Contains one row of driver data in the DriverDataTable, DriverImpactStatementsDataTable, and optionally the DriverDepartmentsDataTable instances.
Remarks
Note
The CreateDriver method cannot create multiple drivers at one time.

Examples
The example uses the SvcDriver namespace in the ProjectServerServices.dll proxy assembly. The ConfigClientEndpoints method uses an app.config file for setting the WCF binding, behavior, and endpoint. The CreateDrivers method calls the CreateDriver method three times, to create three drivers and their impact statements. It adds a DriverRow object and a DriverImpactStatementsRow object to the DriverDataSet each time. The contents of the drvInfoDS are written to Drivers.xml. Following is a sample of a driver and its impact statements.
