Deleting Records
The DeleteRecords operation deletes the records that are specified in the URI list.
If you delete a Forms tool record and it is a parent to other records, all of its children records are also deleted.
In order to call DeleteRecords successfully, the identity specified in the GrooveHeader object must have permission to delete all records that are specified.
