Adds a site collection to have access to its local site collection group.

Parameters

  • siteCollectionId
    Type: System.Guid

    A P:Microsoft.SharePoint.SPSite.ID property for the SPSite object that should be given access to the group.

Remarks

Add a site collection to a group to enable it to access the local group. This method adds the requested site collection to the list that can access the gorup. If the group is not a site collection group, this method has no effect. The user must have TaxonomyRights.ManageTermStore permission to use this method.
