The RegisterDefaultFilter method of the IFilterRegistration Interface.
Parameters
pwcsOverride [in] A pointer to WCHAR that contains the override string, such as the application name.
pClassId [in] A pointer to a CLSID that contains the class ID of the default IFilter interface.
pwszProgId [in] A pointer to WCHAR that contains the IFilter program ID (ProgID).
pwcsMachineName [in] Not used. Value should be 0.

Remarks
The RegisterDefaultFilter method is loaded when all of the filters registered for the data source fail to process it.
If the pwcsOverride string is not null, this method registers the IFilter under the override settings for the class ID.
