This value, if set to any value other than 0, prompts Microsoft FrontPage to display a warning to the user to use Recalculate Hyperlinks to update the pages.

The value of the vti_dependenciesood meta-key is set to 0 unless you edit Web pages or image sizes using an HTML editor other than FrontPage. If FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions from Microsoft detects changes made using another HTML editor, it sets this value to any number other than 0.
