CreateToolPaneControls(Microsoft.SharePoint.WebPartPages.ToolPane) Method

The CreateToolPaneControls method of the CustomToolPaneManager class adds custom controls such as introductory text, drop-down boxes, links, and tool pane buttons to the tool pane. It is responsible for the layout of the custom tool pane. Returns nothing.
