GetGenericSetupPath Method

The GetGenericSetupPath method of the SPUtility class returns the full local path for the specified subdirectory.

Parameters

strSubdir   A string that contains the site-relative URL for the subdirectory.

Return Value

A string that contains the full local path.

Remarks

For a directory on a subsite, the GetGenericSetupPath method returns a string in the form Local_Drive\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\60\Subsite_Name\Directory_Name.
