Use the New-ManagedFolderMailboxPolicy cmdlet to create a new managed folder mailbox policy.

new-ManagedFolderMailboxPolicy -Name <String> [-DomainController <Fqdn>] [-ManagedFolderLinks <ELCFolderIdParameter[]>] [-TemplateInstance <PSObject>]
Detailed Description
To run the New-ManagedFolderMailboxPolicy cmdlet, the account you use must be delegated the following:
- Exchange Organization Administrator role
