Move Mailbox Wizard > Move Mailbox Page (RTM)
Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 will reach end of support on April 11, 2017. To stay supported, you will need to upgrade. For more information, see Resources to help you upgrade your Office 2007 servers and clients.
Applies to: Exchange Server 2007
Use the Move Mailbox page to review your configuration settings. Click Move to move the mailbox or mailboxes. Click Back to make configuration changes.
After you click Move and the task starts, you can click Cancel to cancel the move. Mailboxes that have not moved will remain at the source location. Mailboxes that are in the process of moving will be rolled back so that they are not moved from the source location. Mailboxes that have already moved will remain at the target location.
The move mailbox task is multi-threaded. The default number of threads is four, so, by default, up to four mailboxes can move simultaneously. You can change the number of threads by using the Move-Mailbox cmdlet in the Exchange Management Shell. To specify the number of threads, use the MaxThreads parameter. For more information about the Move-Mailbox cmdlet, see Move-Mailbox (RTM).
