Edge Transport > Anti-Spam > IP Allow List Properties > Add Allowed IP Address Range Dialog (RTM)

Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 will reach end of support on April 11, 2017. To stay supported, you will need to upgrade. For more information, see Resources to help you upgrade your Office 2007 servers and clients.

Applies to: Exchange Server 2007

Use the Add Allowed IP Address Range dialog box in the IP Allow List properties to add a range of IP addresses to the IP Allow list for the local computer. If you have multiple instances of the Edge Transport server role or the Hub Transport Server role running in your organization, you must apply connection filter configuration changes to each computer.

IP addresses in the range that you specify, including the start and end IP addresses, are always allowed to connect.

  • Start Address
In this field, type the first IP address in the range as in the following example: 192.168.0.1.
  • End Address
In this field, type the last IP address in the range as in the following example: 192.168.0.254.
