Remove-OutlookProvider (RTM)

Use the Remove-OutlookProvider cmdlet to delete the AutoDiscoverConfig object from Active Directory.

Syntax

Remove-OutlookProvider -Identity <OutlookProviderIdParameter> [-DomainController <Fqdn>]

Detailed Description

This cmdlet deletes the AutoDiscoverConfig object under the Global Settings object in Active Directory.

To run the Remove-OutlookProvider cmdlet, the account you use must be delegated the following:

  • Exchange Organization Administrator role

This parameter specifies the AutoDiscoverConfig object to remove from Active Directory.

DomainController

Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Fqdn

To specify the fully qualified domain name of the domain controller that retrieves data from Active Directory, include the DomainController parameter in the command.
