DateHeader.DateTime property

The DateTime property gets or sets the date and time represented by this DateHeader object.

Property value

Type: System.DateTime
The DateTime property always returns the local time.

Remarks

When the DateTime property is set, the time zone is determined by the DateTime object that is used to set it. When the DateTime object assigned to the DateTime property is universal, the time zone is assumed to be the universal time zone. When the DateTime object assigned to the DateTime property is local, the time zone is assumed to be the current local time zone. When the DateTime object that is assigned to the DateTime property is of an unspecified DateTimeKind, the time zone is assumed to be the current local time zone.
