The Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Management Pack for Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) monitors the Windows Application log on computers that are running Exchange Server 2007 and generates this alert when the event or events specified in the following Details table are logged.
To learn more about this event, do one or more of the following:
Review the description of the event that includes the variables specific to your environment. From the MOM Operator Console, select this alert, and then click the Properties tab.
Review all events that have been logged that meet the criteria of this MOM alert. From the MOM Operator Console, click the Events tab, and then double-click the event in the list for which you want to review the event description.

Explanation
This Warning event indicates that the log version stamp of a log file does not match the database engine version stamp. Because of this mismatch, the Exchange store databases may not mount.
The log files are the wrong version for the database engine. The Exchange database engine is ESE.dll.
When restoring a backup set to a server, make sure that the service pack level on the computer that you are restoring to is running the same service pack that was applied when the backup was taken. Frequently, if the service pack on the computer is more recent, the databases will be updated.

To resolve this warning, make sure that the service pack level on the computer that you are restoring to is running the same service pack that was applied when the backup was taken.
