OALGen failed to read the OAB version 4 property list from registry

The Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 Management Pack for Operations Manager monitors the Windows Application log on computers that are running Exchange Server 2007 and generates this alert when the event or events specified in the following Details table are logged.

From the Operator Console, select this alert, and then click the Properties tab. Review the description of the alert that includes the variables specific to your environment.
From the Operator Console, click the Events tab, and then double-click the event in the list for which you want to review the event description. Review the events that have been logged that meet the criteria of this Operations Manager alert.

Explanation
This Error event indicates that there is an invalid value in the registry.
User Action
To resolve this error, perform the following procedure.
Warning
Incorrectly editing the registry can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Problems resulting from editing the registry incorrectly may not be able to be resolved. Before editing the registry, back up any valuable data.
Start Registry Editor (regedit).
Locate the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\<SERVER NAME>\Private-<database GUID>
Do one of the following:
If the OAL V4 ANR Properties DWORD exists for the subkey, change the value to the correct integral number of ULONGs.
If the OAL V4 ANR Properties DWORD does not exist for the subkey, create a new DWORD with that name, and then set its value to the correct number of integral ULONGs.
