The Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Management Pack for System Center Operations Manager includes a performance data collection engine that is used to query performance counter objects on computers running Exchange 2010. Explanation
This Error event indicates that the number of failed message tracking requests has exceeded 5%. Message tracking requests include features such as a read receipt, a delivery receipt, and a delete receipt. The tracking requests put additional load on the server. If the number of failed message tracking requests gets too high, this indicates that too many Microsoft Exchange resources are being used on message tracking that is not working.
