The Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Management Pack for System Center Operations Manager includes a performance data collection engine that is used to query performance counter objects on computers running Exchange 2010. For this Operations Manager rule, data is collected by using the performance counter specified in the Details table.

This management pack alert indicates that the number of items in the Microsoft Exchange Search Indexer service queue on the Exchange Mailbox server contains more than 30,000 items.
User Action
To resolve this issue, complete one or more of the following procedures:
Restart the Microsoft Exchange Search Indexer service on the Exchange Mailbox server.
Install Update Rollup 1 for Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 2.
